A Vision From Paris — Studio Policies

To ensure a smooth, professional, and respectful experience for every client, please review the following studio policies before booking. By securing your session, you agree to all policies listed below.

Deposits & Payments

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your session.

  • All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Remaining balances must be paid in full before the session begins.

  • No cash accepted — all payments must be made by card only.

Late Policy

  • A 15-minute grace period is provided.

  • After 15 minutes, a $25 late fee will be added.

  • After 30 minutes late, the session is automatically canceled with no refund, and a new booking + deposit will be required.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling must be done 48 hours prior to your appointment.

  • If you reschedule on the same day you cancel, that day becomes Day 1 of your new 14-day window.

  • You have 14 days to complete your rescheduled session.

  • Failure to complete your shoot within that 14-day window will require a new booking and new deposit.

Photographer Cancellations

  • If I must cancel for any reason, your session will be rescheduled, and you will receive a discount on your next shoot.

  • Refunds will not be issued.

Editing & Turnaround

  • All edited images are returned within 7–10 business days.

  • Rush editing is available upon request for an additional fee.

  • Unedited photos (RAW files) are not released under any circumstance.

Image Selection Window

  • Your proof gallery will be sent within 48 hours after your shoot.

  • You have 72 hours to select your edits.

  • If you miss that 72-hour window, a $50 reactivation fee will be required to reopen your gallery and continue the editing process.

Behavior Policy

A Vision From Paris follows a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Rudeness

  • Disrespect

  • Arguing

  • Aggressive behavior

  • Disruptive guests

If any behavior interferes with the creative process, the session will be ended immediately with no refund or reschedule.

Weather Policy

  • Outdoor sessions are weather-dependent.

  • The photographer makes the final decision on whether weather conditions require postponing or moving the shoot.

  • If weather issues arise, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Studio Damages

  • Clients are responsible for any damage to studio equipment, props, lighting, or backdrops that occurs during their session.

  • Replacement or repair fees will be charged accordingly.

Social Media Usage & Portfolio Rights

  • A Vision From Paris retains the right to use any images captured during your session for:

    • Portfolio

    • Website

    • Social media

    • Advertising

    • Marketing

  • If you require your images not to be used publicly, this must be discussed before the shoot and may require an additional privacy fee.

Additional Notes

  • Additional edits beyond your package can be purchased at an extra cost.

  • Adding people, locations, concepts, or outfits may change pricing.

  • Clients are responsible for arriving photo-ready; reshoots due to hair, makeup, or wardrobe issues are not covered.
